PIglide小型リニアステージ（エアベアリング付き）は、リニアモータードライブ、予圧エアベアリング、内蔵の光学式リニアエンコーダーを特徴としています。 小さな設置面積で非常に高い精度を提供するステージです。 非接触コンポーネントを組み合わせることで摩擦のない動作を実現しており、卓越した動的パフォーマンス、ナノメートル精度の位置決め、極めて長寿命を得ることができます。
XYZシステムをセットアップする場合、A-143にはブレーキとカウンターバランスが含まれる垂直取り付けオプションもあります。
